Restaurant Style Salsa & Guacamole

Our family LOVES Mexican food and I'm really picky about my salsa and guacamole. It's taken awhile but I feel like I've finally perfected my recipes for both! This was another highly sought after recipe after I posted it on my Facebook.. so, here you go!!

Homemade Guacamole
Recipe from: Payton Peoples

Lime Juice
1/4 onion, diced
1/2 jalapeno
garlic salt

Mix everything together and mash it up - YUM!

Restaurant Style Salsa
Recipe from: Payton Peoples

1 can (28oz) diced tomatoes with juice
1 can Original Rotel
1 can Mexican Rotel
1 whole medium onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 whole jalapeƱo, quartered
1/4tsp sugar
1/4tsp salt
1/4tsp ground cumin
1/2c fresh cilantro
1/2 whole lime juice

Note: This recipe makes A LOT of salsa. Use at least a 12c blender.

Combine all ingredients into blender and pulse until you get the salsa to the consistency you'd like. Test seasonings with a tortilla chip and adjust as needed. Enjoy!
