Meal Planning 10/4-10/9




It's Sunday so that means it's time for another prep session! I woke up this morning and fixed my morning coffee {in my new favorite giant mug thanks to my friend Jamie!} and knocked out our meal plan for the week!

I'm shopping for foods Sunday-Friday for this upcoming week since we will have a lot going on this weekend since I'm doing a HUGE garage sale at my house. That means I needed five dinner meals that will make enough to feed us and for leftovers, fixin's for salads for lunches, foods for the kids and whatever I needed for the week for my Shakeology.

- Dinners for the week -

Sunday - Skillet Lasagna
Monday - Parmesan tomato & spinach soup
Tuesday - Crockpot Korean Beef
Wednesday - Grilled steaks with broccoli and potatoes
Thursday - Caprese Balsamic Chicken with green beans and potatoes
Friday - Leftovers

- Foods for the kids -

Organic Chicken Nuggets
Deli Meat
Fruits & Veggies for sides and snacks
Quesadillas with salsa
PB&J
Grilled Cheese
Pancakes/Waffles
Hardboiled Eggs

I'm hooked on my Vegan Tropical Strawberry Shakeology right now so I grabbed everything I need to make that recipe every day for breakfast!

Plus we loaded up on what Andrew would need for the week for when he's at work and what he likes for breakfast, what he likes for Shakeology and Beachbody Performance Line supplements.

I was able to get everything I needed for the week for $154 {which is $46 under budget for us for the week}
