Grilled Chicken Marinade


There is something SO rewarding about going to the store, purchasing your organic, hormone free chicken tenders and then coming home and mixing up an amazing homemade chicken marinade! THIS is the only way to get MAJOR flavor into your meat - quickly!!

We love to have grilled chicken for dinner, but having it prepared the same way all the time gets old FAST! So, having some great go-to seasonings to use and go-to marinades helps keep grilled chicken new and yummy for everyone!

This is a really simple and easy marinade and after you grill the chicken, we love to serve this with a greek pasta salad (if you don't want pasta you can make zucchini noodles and still make the greek pasta salad - cucumbers, feta, etc) or you can grill it and serve it over a salad or by itself with a side of brown rice and veggies. Lots of options!!

Grilled Chicken Marinade

Ingredients
3/4c EVOO
1/4c Red Wine Vinegar
1/2c Lite Soy Sauce
2tbsp minced garlic
2tsp dry mustard
1tsp black pepper
2tbsp worcestershire sauce

Directions
Put chicken tenderloins or boneless chicken breasts in a gallon sized freezer bag. Pour marinade in the bag and close. Let it sit in the fridge for 12-24 hours to marinate. Then grill chicken and enjoy!
